Happy New Year to all my readers, followers and clients. 2014 has been a fantastic year. I have concluded a number of settlement agreements for clients where in all bar one case they secured a better package. I have represented clients in Tribunal where the claims have settled for great results. I have also provided advice to employers in Oundle, Northamptonshire, Norwich, Milton Keynes and other towns in Northamptonshire.
