overstaying holidaysWith all the travel disruption this year, I came across this interesting article for employers about overstaying holidays and the employment consequences when an employee fails to return as planned from holiday.

It was written in the aftermath of the Egyptian flights being grounded but would be equally applicable on numerous other occasions this year where travel has been disrupted.
