Working with Sarah was a refreshing experience. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge and experience which enables her to deliver speedy, sound advice covering all types of workplace employment law issues. Sarah is also a top class trainer within this field and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I worked with Sarah on a couple of Employment Law cases. She was professional at all times in her approach to both cases and has an in depth employment law knowledge. I really valued her focused, factual, no nonsense, logical approach which meant neither case went to an employment tribunal.
We had only been in business for 12 months. Our biggest client at the time refused to honour the signed contract in terms of the termination clauses and notice periods. This coupled with a refusal to pay the monies owed in these clauses created a potential cash flow issue for the business. It was obvious this well established business was trying to flex their muscle due to our infancy in the business environment. Sarah, immediately gave us confidence in our legal position and was thoroughly professional throughout in the dealings with us. Sarahs communication was first class, making very clear our options and any potential outcomes. Sarah employed various tactics in the negotiations with the result being us receiving the monies owed.
