Have you been offered a Compromise Agreement?

On 99% of all Compromise Agreements cases I have been able to get a better deal

I guarantee that if I can’t then I’ll charge you no more than is in the agreement by way of your employer’s contribution to your legal fees

What is a Compromise Agreement?

Compromise Agreements are now called Settlement Agreements which are legal agreements whereby you agree to waive any claims you may have against your employer in exchange for payment under the agreement.

See Settlement Agreement page for more details.

Why choose me?

In the 12+ years I have worked on Compromise/Settlement Agreements, I can only recall one or two examples where my client (the employee) has ever signed the original first draft of the agreement. Find out more about me here.
