employment tribunal judgments onlineAs previously reported, the MOJ has now launched its online service.  All Employment Tribunal Judgments will now appear on the online database going forward.  In addition, the MOJ has started to upload some of the older 2016 judgments.  You can access the database here.

Having looked at a few searches the functionality seems limited but you can search by subject matter, Judge or party.  Over time this may become a useful resource for ascertaining whether a claimant or respondent has been before the Tribunal before.  It also means that even Tribunal decisions are now public record and this includes any criticisms made of either side in the Judgment.

(Our news section brings you the latest news on published judgments and cases which are all in the public domain. We only comment on these published cases and not cases of our actual clients. Publication of the case or comments is a public service designed to make the courts and tribunals more accessible and ensures justice is seen to be done. This is why court and tribunal judgments are published publicly.)
