Retainer Contracts

I prefer to form long term relationships with my employer clients getting to know their businesses and culture so I can tailor my advice to their needs. Many of my clients prefer to have a retainer with me so that if an issue arises they can pick up the phone or drop me an email. I have a number of existing clients who agree terms of business and for whom I provide ad-hoc advice as and when required on a retainer basis.

I can agree to place caps on your spend or bill the file regularly. I can also within this retainer agreement provide fixed fee quotations for any project work. Having a retainer means I can instantly provide advice without the need to open a file on each occasion. This makes the process smooth for the client and provides the reassurance of having an expert on tap. It also has additional perks for employers who receive a complimentary invite to any seminars I host, an annual employment data card and access to the latest information/employment law news by email bulletin.
