Employment Training

I am an experienced employment law trainer having provided employment law updates to HR professionals and clients in a public seminar format. I have also designed and delivered bespoke training programmes for the managers of employer clients. Any employment law topic can be covered from recruitment to dismissal including the hot topics of handling disciplinaries and equal opportunities. The training will be delivered in an interactive way to ensure that delegates are fully engaged.

If you believe that you or your staff could benefit from some employment law training or to find out more please do not hesitate to contact me. If you wish to register your interest to attend our next employment law seminar usually held in London and Northamptonshire then contact me.

The following areas are hot topics for us in employment law training at the moment (for further information see attached training leaflet or contact us for more information) :

Protecting your business in a social media age

Guiding managers through the technology, the risks, the policy options and employment law implications of your employees using social media.

Effective use of settlement agreements

A practical course to help your managers make the most of changes in the law designed to make it easier to reach settlements with problem employees.

Managing the implementation of pension auto-enrolment

Pension, HR and employment law experts join forces to talk you through what you need to know - and what choices you may need to make to implement auto-enrolment.

Maximising attendance, boosting performance

A rounded approach to help you take stock of what your attendance and performance problems are and how to solve them - from an HR, employment law, incentives and occupational health perspective

Ensuring respectful behaviour at work – avoiding bullying, harassment and discrimination claims

A practical session for line managers and all employees on inappropriate behaviours at work and their consequences.
